At a very young age, Cosentino has already achieved what many performers twice his age have only ever dreamed of. He is an Australian Champion, attaining first place at three Australian Conventions of Magicians in 1997, 1998 and 2000.
His television credits include Hey, Hey It's Saturday, the ABC's Recovery program, Optus Kids Biz and Channel 31. He is acclaimed as an innovator and considered a prodigy within the industry. Even the directors of Cirque Du Soleil have shown a keen interest in his unique work.
Cosentino began performing at the age of 14, when his schoolboy talent saw him present before friends and family. By the end of the year, he had refined and developed a show that ultimately won him first prize at Adelaide's 1997 Magic Convention. From that point, Cosentino's talent has advanced into a dynamic mix of unexpected and fascinating illusions, blended with energetic dance, clever mime and magic.
By fusing traditional slight of hand with a fresh and original presentation, Cosentino has pushed the boundaries and performs the most original and funky illusions.
As a premier illusionist, Cosentino set sail for the USA, performing on a Holland America's prestigious cruise ship touring Alaska. The show was a hit and Cosentino became the youngest headline performer to have ever performed for the Holland America Cruise Lines.
He is an Ambassador for Australian youth and is in constant demand as a motivational speaker at youth forums around Australia. The quality of his inspires in students the confidence and belief that whatever their passions, whether in sport, academia or the Arts, their dreams can be realised.
